Dear École Sifton School Community,
My name is Kathleen McLennan, and I am very excited to join the École Sifton School community as school principal. Sifton is a Pre-Kindergarten to grade 5 school with both English language and French Immersion programs, and we are proud to maintain high standards in both.
A Sifton, we are committed to upholding our vision of “Every Student, Every Day, a Success”. Through a supportive and inclusive learning environment, the dedication of all of our staff, and strong collaboration between our school and the community we serve, we focus on helping students grow and learn every day.
I look forward to engaging with families, community members, and students as the school year progresses. This year we are going to fully implement real-time reporting, which will allow caregivers to stay up-to-date with student progress throughout the year. We have a variety of events and activities planned to bring everyone onto campus, working and growing together.
At Sifton, our students will develop Respect, Ownership, Achievement, and Responsibility, so they can ROAR all year long!
